SMS, Call, and Service Follow-Up Workflows

If you initiate contact with a business using a ServiceVoice AI-enabled workflow, we or that business may use your phone number and interaction details to continue that same service conversation by call or text. This may include missed-call recovery, incomplete-intake follow-up, scheduling coordination, and customer-care messaging. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of follow-up text messages by replying STOP where applicable.

Third-Party Services

We use Tally.so for surveys and may use email marketing tools to communicate with you. We also use third-party providers such as Twilio and Retell AI to support call and messaging workflows. These services have their own privacy policies.
