30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

To request a refund, email us at ServiceVoiceAI@gmail.com with your order number and we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Subscriptions

Monthly subscription charges may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial-month refunds for subscription charges, but you will not be billed again after cancellation.

What Is Not Refundable

• Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the original purchase date
• Third-party service fees paid directly to Retell AI, Make.com, Twilio, or other platforms — those are governed by each provider's own refund policies
