These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of products and services offered by ServiceVoice AI ("we," "us," or "our") through servicevoicekit.com. By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
ServiceVoice AI offers digital products including AI voice agent kits, call scripts, workflow automation blueprints, and related configuration assets ("Products"). Products are designed for use by small service businesses and are delivered digitally via a Notion-based delivery hub.
Products include one-time purchase kits and optional subscription add-ons. Pricing is clearly stated on the product page at time of purchase.
All Products are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your delivery hub via email. There are no physical goods shipped. Delivery is typically immediate upon payment confirmation.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own business operations. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Product with third parties without written permission from ServiceVoice AI.
Our Products are designed for use with third-party platforms including Retell AI, Make.com, and Twilio. These services are not affiliated with ServiceVoice AI and are subject to their own terms, pricing, and availability. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining your own accounts with these services. ServiceVoice AI is not liable for any changes, outages, or pricing adjustments made by third-party providers.
Use of Retell AI involves per-minute voice usage fees paid directly to Retell AI. These costs are separate from the ServiceVoice AI kit purchase price and are the responsibility of the buyer. Typical usage costs range from $0.03 to $0.15 per minute depending on the plan selected.
You agree to use our Products in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use our Products for any unlawful purpose, to engage in deceptive practices, or in any manner that could harm ServiceVoice AI or its customers.
AI voice agents deployed using our Products may record calls as disclosed to callers at the start of each call. You are responsible for ensuring your use of call recording complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. ServiceVoice AI may analyze aggregated, de-identified call data to improve product quality. No personally identifiable caller information is retained by ServiceVoice AI. Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI voice agents will handle every call scenario perfectly or that use of our Products will result in any specific business outcome. AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ServiceVoice AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product in question.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Products following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will post the updated date at the top of this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
